Latihan militer Angkatan Udara Iran itu dilakukan berakhirnya konflik 12 hari dengan Israel.
Dilansir dari Tribunnews.com, selama proses latihan berlangsung, kapal-kapal angkatan laut menembakkan rudal jelajah 'Nasir' dan 'Qadir' ke sasaran di Teluk Oman dan Samudra Hindia.
Yakni, berbagai rudal jelajah menyerang secara presisi dengan jarak pendek, menengah dan jauh.
Menurut Juru Bicara Angkatan Laut Iran, Laksamana Muda Abbas Hassani, hal itu bertujuan untuk menghancurkan target permukaan.
Disebutkannya, kapal-kapal Iran juga menggunakan rudal antikapal pesisir 'Ghader' hingga drone mematikan dalam operasi di perairan terbuka.
Dilaporkan, tidak ada rekaman langsung dalam latihan militer tersebut.
Namun, Abbas Hassani mengklaim, rudal yang digunakan Iran adalah generasi baru.
Yakni, dengan kemampuan lebih canggih dibanding yang dipakai selama perang 12 hari dengan Israel pada Juni lalu.
Dilaporkan, latihan ini akan digelar selama dua hari dengan melibatkan berbagai aset militer, termasuk rudal pantai-ke-laut, unit permukaan dan bawah permukaan.
Kemudian, unit penerbangan, platform rudal, dan divisi peperangan elektronik.
Tentunya, hal itu dilakukan dalam latihan terkoordinasi.
