PLO | Điểm nóng xung đột: Ukraine cải tiến vũ khí sáng tạo, tự tin đối phó với UAV từ NgaQuân đội Ukraine đã đạt được bước đột phá trong công nghệ UAV, giúp giảm áp lực lên hệ thống phòng không. Theo Viện Nghiên cứu Chiến tranh (ISW) tại Mỹ, các phi công Ukraine sử dụng UAV kiểu FPV để tấn công UAV trinh sát của Nga. Báo cáo của ISW cho biết những cải tiến công nghệ này có thể giúp Ukraine giảm bớt áp lực lên hệ thống phòng không tầm ngắn và tầm trung nếu được triển khai rộng rãi.
Một đoạn video ngày 1/6 cho thấy lực lượng Ukraine dùng UAV FPV tấn công UAV trinh sát Zala và Orlan-10 của Nga tại Bolshaya Novosilka. Ngày 29/6, một video khác cho thấy UAV Ukraine tiêu diệt UAV Lancet của Nga trên không.
Các nhà phân tích quân sự lưu ý rằng cả Ukraine và Nga đều đang cải thiện khả năng sử dụng UAV để ngăn chặn UAV đối phương ở cấp độ chiến thuật. Tuy nhiên, ISW chưa thấy bằng chứng quân đội Nga sử dụng UAV để tấn công UAV tầm xa của Ukraine trên không.
Khả năng Ukraine sử dụng UAV giá rẻ để đánh chặn UAV trinh sát đắt tiền của Nga trên quy mô lớn có thể giúp Kiev giảm khả năng tấn công của Nga và tiết kiệm tên lửa phòng không tầm ngắn và tầm trung đắt tiền cho các mục tiêu quan trọng hơn. Dù vậy, ISW cho biết vẫn chưa thấy Ukraine sử dụng UAV FPV để giao chiến với UAV trinh sát Nga trên quy mô lớn, nhưng những nỗ lực này cho thấy sự sáng tạo và khả năng thích ứng của quân đội Ukraine trong cuộc xung đột với Nga.
