JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Juru bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo menjelaskan terkait pihaknya mencegah mantan Menteri Agama (Menag) Yaqut Cholil Qoumas bepergian ke luar negeri dalam kasus dugaan korupsi kuota haji."Pencegahan ke luar negeri kepada bersangkutan tentu dibutuhkan penyidik agar yang tetap berada di Indonesia supaya dapat mengikuti penyidikan," ujar Budi Prasetyo ditemui di gedung KPK, pada Selasa (12/8/2025).
Selain mencegah Yaqut, Budi mengatakan ada dua orang lain yang dicegah ke luar negeri.
"Saudara YCQ Menteri Agama 2020-2024, kemudian saudara IAA yang merupakan stafsus menteri agama periode tersebut dan juga saudara FAM yang merupakan pihak swasta selaku pemilik tur haji dan umroh," ujarnya.
