Kasus Suap Proyek Jalur Kereta Api, KPK Tahan Satu Tersangka Baru
Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) Mengungkap soal aliran dana dugaan korupsi di lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Perkeretaapian (DJKA) Kementerian Perhubungan (Kemenhub) mengalir hingga ke Badan Pemeriksaan Keuangan (BPK).Aliran dana ke BPK ini diungkap langsung oleh Direktur Penyidikan KPK Asep Guntur Rahayu dalam konferensi pers penahanan tersangka baru kasus proyek jalur kerera di DJKA, Yofi Oktarisza.
Yofi sendiri merupakan pejabat pembuat komitmen (PPK) pada Balai Teknik Perkeretaapian (BTP) Kelas 1 Jawa Bagian Tengah atau saat ini BTP Semarang.
Direktur Penyidikan KPK Asep Guntur Rahayu juga menyebut bahwa Yofi menerima suap dari rekanan protek perbaikan atau pembangunan jalur kereta. Padahal ia menjadi PPK untuk 32 paket pekerjaan.
