Ma prima ancora della tecnologia, secondo me dobbiamo affrontare due questioni fondamentali: **fiscalità e burocrazia**.
Nel mio intervento ho parlato delle difficoltà che imprese e contribuenti incontrano davanti a regole complesse e mutevoli, dell’aumento al 33% della tassazione sulle plusvalenze crypto e della necessità di creare un quadro più semplice per chi vuole operare e innovare in Italia.
Ho proposto tre priorità:
• riallineare al 26% l’aliquota sulle plusvalenze crypto e prevedere esoneri per importi contenuti;
• semplificare gli adempimenti attraverso regole chiare e rendicontazioni standardizzate;
• creare maggiore spazio per la sperimentazione, permettendo alle imprese di testare nuovi prodotti e servizi con maggiore flessibilità normativa.
C’è poi una questione strategica: le stablecoin. L’euro è una delle principali valute internazionali, ma le stablecoin denominate in euro rappresentano ancora una quota minima del mercato. Se vogliamo competere, non basta limitare ciò che arriva dall’estero: dobbiamo creare le condizioni affinché aziende europee possano costruire prodotti migliori.
Perché qui non si parla soltanto di speculazione.
Si parla di imprese, posti di lavoro, tecnologia e di dove verranno costruite le infrastrutture finanziarie dei prossimi anni.
