TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM-Sore hari pada Jumat (19/9/2025), di lapangan Desa Sumbermulyo, Kecamatan Jogoroto, Kabupaten Jombang dipenuhi wajah-wajah ceria. Warga berkumpul di tepi jalan, menanti rombongan arak-arakan tahu yang setiap tahunnya selalu ditunggu.
Dari kejauhan, tampak gunungan tumpeng tahu diangkat bergantian menggunakan mobil diiringi lantunan musik dari Sound Horeg. Suasana sederhana namun sarat makna itu menandai dimulainya tradisi Grebek Tahu.
Tahun 2025 ini, tercatat ada 39 tumpeng tahu yang diarak keliling desa. Gunungan itu tersusun dari ribuan potong tahu, hasil jerih payah ratusan home industri di Desa Sumbermulyo, Jogoroto.(*)
