Refly Harun Puji Langkah Prabowo Beri Abolisi ke Tom Lembong
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Pakar hukum tata negara, Refly Harun memuji langkah Presiden Prabowo Subianto memberi abolisi terhadap Thomas Trikasih Lembong atau Tom Lembong.Hal itu disampaikan Refly Harun saat menengok Tom Lembong di rutan Cipinang, Jakarta, pada Jumat (1/8/2025).
"Menurut saya langkah bijak, langkah baik, langkah yang benar, langkah konstitusional dari Presiden Prabowo karena abolisi ini menghilangkan atau menghapuskan tuntutan artinya kasusnya dianggap tidak ada," ujar Refly Harun.
Lebih lanjut, Refly mengatakan dalam kasus impor gula tidak ada mens rea dari Tom Lembong sehingga sudah sepatutnya ia bebas.
