Selbstliebe – das klingt für viele nach einem großen Wort. Nach etwas, das man erst mühsam lernen muss. Aber was, wenn sie schon immer in dir ist? Ganz klein, ganz still, aber immer da?In dieser Imagination näherst du dich deiner eigenen Selbstliebe an. Nicht mit Druck, sondern mit Sanftmut. Du lernst, liebevoller mit dir selbst zu sprechen, deine Bedürfnisse zu spüren und dir das zu geben, was du wirklich brauchst.
Es ist kein lautes Gefühl, sondern eher ein leises Wissen: „Ich bin genug. Genau so, wie ich in diesem Moment bin.“ Eine Übung, um anzukommen bei dir selbst, mit all deinen Seiten, auch den verletzlichen.
