Sosok Diduga Pelaku Peretasan PDN yang 'Ejek' Keamanan RI, Pemimpin Geng Siber dari Rusia

Pemimpin geng tersebut diduga merupakan warga negara Rusia bernama Dmitry Yuryevich Khorosev (32).
Selain Indonesia, sosok peretas tersebut rupanya juga diburu oleh sejumlah negara di dunia.
PDN Indonesia mengalami gangguan setelah diretas oleh geng siber Lockbit, sejak Kamis, 20 Juni 2024.
Menurut Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika, Lockbit menyusup ransomware ke PDN, hingga berdampak pada 201 instansi di pusat dan daerah.
Peretas tersebut juga sempat mengirim pesan kepada masyarakat dan pemerintah RI.
Ia mengolok-olok pemerintah Indonesia dengan menyebut bahwa keamanan siber di PDN sangat lemah.
Dilansir dari Tribunnews.com pada Jumat (5/7/2024), sosok pembobol PDN ini pun menjadi sorotan.
Geng Lockbit ini merupakan kelompok penjahat siber yang bergerak di dunia maya yang melakukan pemerasan menggunakan ransomware.
Selain Indonesia, Lockbit juga menjadi momok bagi sejumlah negara.
Mereka bekerja dengan mencuri, membocorkan atau menahan data-data penting dengan meminta tebusan alias memeras korbannya.
Adapun pemimpin dari geng ini, diduga merupakan Dmitry berkewarganegaraan Rusia.
Akibat ulahnya di berbagai dunia, pria tersebut terancam diadili dengan 26 tuntutan pidana dan maksimal hukuman 185 tahun penjara.
