(Agenzia Vista) "Il mio primo punto riguarda il modo in cui ci stiamo unendo per proteggere i vostri cieli. Abbiamo infatti appena avviato la nostra Partnership Industriale per la Difesa. Si tratta di un grande passo avanti, e al centro di questo accordo c'è una nuova intesa sui droni. Di cosa si tratta, concretamente? Questa nuova cooperazione si svilupperà attorno a joint venture, con trasferimenti tecnologici mirati, competenze e investimenti nei settori a duplice uso (dual-use) in Ucraina. L'obiettivo è unire il meglio dell'ecosistema dei droni dell'Ucraina e dell'Unione Europea. Ovvero, ad esempio, l'ingegno ucraino testato ogni giorno sul campo di battaglia e la forza industriale dell'Unione Europea, in grado di produrre rapidamente e su vasta scala. Non ci limiteremo a sviluppare insieme i droni e i sistemi di contrasto ai droni di nuova generazione, ma li produrremo anche più velocemente che mai, in modo che l'Ucraina ottenga ciò di cui ha bisogno ora e l'Europa, nel suo insieme, costruisca le capacità di cui potrebbe aver bisogno domani."
