Güne kuyuda pişen geleneksel Bitlis büryanıyla başlıyor, modern bir esnaf lokantasında nefis ev yemekleriyle devam ediyoruz. Ardından 1980’den beri bir gün bile kapanmayan gerçek bir klasik durakta esnaf kültürünü tadıyoruz. Finalde ise yalnızca cuma günleri hazırlanan, İstanbul’un en iddialı etli çiğ köftelerinden biri karşımıza çıkıyor.
Bu bölüm; büryandan lahana sarmasına, kuru fasulyeden etli çiğ köfteye uzanan, fiyat/lezzet oranı yüksek mekanları tek bir rotada bir araya getiriyor.
