ED Action On TMC Account: TMC के खिलाफ ED का बड़ा एक्शन, बैंक अकाउंट में 440 करोड़ रुपये फ्रीज | TMCED ने TMC के 440 करोड़ रूपये फ्रीज़ कर दिए हैं....ये रकम एक प्राइवेट बैंक में TMC के 3 अकाउंट्स में जमा थी..यह कार्रवाई PMLA के तहत की गई है.... ED की जांच पश्चिम बंगाल के बिधाननगर साइबर पुलिस में दर्ज FIR के आधार पर शुरू हुई थी... आरोप है कि TMC के बैंक खातों के जरिए गलत तरीके से पैसों का लेन-देन किया गया और रकम को अलग-अलग खातों में भेजा गया... इसके साथ ही ED ने कोलकाता और उसके आसपास केयरवेल ग्रुप ऑफ कंपनीज के 5 ठिकानों पर रेड की है... ये कंपनी एविएशन सेक्टर में काम करती है... बताया जा रहा है कि TMC ने अप्रैल 2023 से जून 2026 के बीच 160 करोड़ रूपये केयरवेल कंपनी को ट्रांसफर किए थे.....केयरवेल कंपनी ने इनमें से करीब 83 करोड़ दूसरी कंपनी में ट्रांसफर कर दिए... बताया जा रहा है कि TMC से जो 160 करोड़ रूपए केयरवेल कंपनी को दिए गए...उसमें से कंपनी ने 112 करोड़ रूपए में एम्ब्रेयर लिगेसी 600 बिजनेस जेट और एक अगस्ता 109 एसपी हेलीकॉप्टर खरीदा गया... इसके साथ ही कंपनी ने इसके लिए केमन आइसलैंड कंपनी से 1.7 मिलियन डॉलर का अनसिक्योर लोन लिया... इसके बाद TMC की दी गई रकम से खरीदे गए हेलीकॉप्टर और प्लेन को TMC को ही किराए पर दिया गया... इसके बाद विमान और हेलीकॉप्टर के इस्तेमाल के नाम पर बड़ी रकम का भुगतान किया गया.... एजेंसी अब यह पता लगा रही है कि इन पैसों का असली मकसद क्या था और किसे इसका फायदा मिला...
The ED has frozen ₹440 crore belonging to the TMC. This amount was deposited in three TMC accounts in a private bank. This action was taken under the PMLA. The ED's investigation was initiated based on an FIR lodged with the Bidhannagar Cyber Police in West Bengal. It is alleged that money transactions were fraudulently conducted through TMC's bank accounts and the money was transferred to various accounts. The ED also raided five locations of the Carewell Group of Companies in and around Kolkata. This company operates in the aviation sector. It is reported that the TMC transferred ₹160 crore to the Carewell company between April 2023 and June 2026. Carewell transferred approximately ₹83 crore of this amount to another company. It is reported that the company purchased an Embraer Legacy 600 business jet and an Agusta 109 SP helicopter for ₹112 crore from the ₹160 crore given to Carewell by the TMC. The company also took an unsecured loan of $1.7 million from a Cayman Islands company. The helicopter and plane purchased with the money provided by TMC were then leased to TMC. Subsequently, a large sum was paid for the use of the plane and helicopter. The agency is now investigating the true purpose of this money and who benefited from it.
