пшеничная ц/з мука - 40 гр
яйцо С0 - 1 шт
сыр 45% жирности - 30 гр
разрыхлители - 1/4 ч л
соль, сухой чеснок, кунжут - по вкусу
горбуша с/с - 20 гр
творожный сыр - 20 гр
приготовление:
1. смешиваем творог, белок от яйца, муку, сыр, соль, специи и разрыхлитель
2. лепим шарики, делаем в них дырку, кладем на коврик, делаем форму
3. дырку обязательно делайте пошире, а то в процессе запекания бейгл будет подниматься
4. протыкаем бейглы вилкой, смазываем желтком, посыпаем кунжутом и убираем в разогретую духовку 180 градусов на 20-25 минут
5. вытаскиваем, даем им остыть, разрезаем и пусть лишняя влага выйдет, они станут максимально похожи на хлеб
6. мажем начинку на ваш вкус и наслаждаемся
