Lanjutan Sidang Gugatan Ijazah SMA Jokowi, Kuasa Hukum: Salah Alamat, Harusnya Melalui PTUN
KOMPAS.TV - Kuasa hukum Presiden ke-7 RI, Joko Widodo, menyampaikan jawaban atas gugatan terhadap ijazah SMA Jokowi. Dalam eksepsinya, menyatakan tidak ada kewajiban Jokowi menunjukkan ijazahnya. Selain itu, gugatan dinilai salah alamat dan prematur.Jawaban ini disampaikan oleh Y.B. Irpan selaku kuasa hukum dari Presiden ke-7 Joko Widodo di Solo, Jawa Tengah.
Menurut kuasa hukum Jokowi, penggugat dinilai salah alamat dalam menggugat instansi pemerintah seperti KPU, SMA Negeri 6 Solo, hingga Universitas Gadjah Mada.
Harusnya gugatan dilayangkan ke PTUN. Selain itu, penggugat dinilai tidak memiliki legal standing untuk memaksa Jokowi menunjukkan ijazahnya.
