Mục đích không nhằm truyền tải điều gì, bởi mọi điều trong Phật pháp đã có Đức Phật Thích Ca Mâu Ni dạy rồi. Con chỉ muốn thực hành những lời dạy của đức Phật, nhằm giúp hoàn thiện bản thân. Lúc đi bộ con luôn ước nguyện cho mọi người khi nào cũng được hạnh phúc, sống vui vẻ với gia đình". Để đoạn tuyệt với những tham ái, dục vọng trần thế, bản thân ông đã khước từ mọi tài sản từ cha mẹ để lại.
Để tạo điều kiện cho sư Minh Tuệ tu tập, trên đường bộ hành khất thực, ông đã được lực lượng chức năng các địa phương tạo điều kiện hỗ trợ tối đa về việc đảm bảo an ninh trật tự, điều tiết giao thông. Mới đây, công an tỉnh Gia Lai cũng đã cấp CCCD cho sư Minh Tuệ nhằm giúp ông đảm bảo quyền lợi trong quá trình tu học.
Một hiện tượng không có gì đáng để ồn ào nhưng lại trở thành ồn ào bất đắc dĩ trong thời gian vừa qua.
