Said Iqbal: Peraturan Pemerintah Tentang Tapera Harusnya Dicabut | PODCAST KODE
Menanggapi ramainya isu Tapera, menteri PUPR Basuki Hadimuljono mengaku menyesal terkait program Tapera yang ramai dan menyebabkan kemarahan publik.Hingga saat ini, masih belum ada kejelasan mengenai peraturan pemerintah terkait Tapera yang disoroti publik. Setelah buruh berdemo pada 6 Juni lalu di depan istana negara, pemerintah belum juga mengeluarkan keputusan terkait Tapera.
Menurut Said Iqbal, tidak ada konklusi dan solusi dari pemerintah. Ia mengatakan seharusnya Peraturan Pemerintah nomor 21 Tahun 2024 seharusnya dicabut bukan ditunda.
Tak hanya itu, seharusnya menurut Said Iqbal juga ada "Public Hearing". Buruh/pekerja, pengusaha dan lainnya yang akan menjadi objek dalam program Tapera ini harusnya diundang untuk pemerintah merumuskan dan merevisi undang-undangnya.
"Jadi jangan ditunda, dicabut!" ucap Said Iqbal.
