BÜRGERGELD-REFORM: Berufsberater Karbaum fordert individuelle Betreuung statt Sanktionen!

Berufsberater Markus Karbaum sieht in der geplanten Reform des Bürgergeldes Chancen für das Sozialsystem – trotz Kritik an den geplanten Totalsanktionen. Wichtiger als Strafen seien klare Strukturen und persönliche Betreuung, so Karbaum bei WELT TV. Positiv bewertet er den verbindlicheren Kooperationsplan, eine engere Betreuung von Langzeitarbeitslosen sowie mehr Unterstützung für Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen. Kritik übt er an den Jobcentern: Diese verwalteten oft nur Arbeitslosigkeit, während Coaches die eigentliche Arbeit mit den Menschen leisteten. Ob die Reform Wirkung zeigt, hängt nun von der Umsetzung im Parlament ab.
