Pencopotan tersebut buntut pelanggaran terhadap Peraturan Wali Kota Surakarta Nomor 26 Tahun 2023 Tentang Pemasangan Atribut Partai Politik dan Atribut Organisasi Kemasyarakatan.
Aturan tersebut menjelaskan tentang pelarangan dalam memasang atribut parpol atau ormas di lokasi-lokasi terlarang atau white area.
Lokasi white area di Solo meliputi sejumlah fasilitas umum dan ruas jalan seperti Jalan Urip Sumoharjo, Jalan Kol. Sutarto, Jalan Ir. Sutami, Jalan Slamet Riyadi, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Jalan Adi Sucipto, Jalan Gatot Subroto, dan Jalan Diponegoro. (TribunVideo.com)
