Soy Lilibeth y hoy te muestro cómo estoy resolviendo mis comidas sanas de una forma más simple, sin complicarme y sin pasar horas en la cocina.Estoy usando algo que llamo mi “nevera cápsula”: un batch cooking de pequeñas bases que preparo durante la semana para hacer mis almuerzos saludables y para que comer bien no dependa de tener energía o tiempo perfecto.
En este video abrimos la nevera, vemos qué tengo disponible y preparo una comida saludable real en aproximadamente 30 minutos, usando solo lo que ya tenía listo.
No es meal prep perfecto.
