양념반 후라이드반이구요
닭은 우유+맛술에 2시간 정도 담가서 잡내를 확실히 잡아주고
180˚ / 6~7분 정도 노릇노릇 잘 튀겨주었어요!
기대했던것 보단 살짝 덜 바삭바삭했지만
속살이 아주 촉촉하고 염지가 잘 되서
따로 소금을 찍어 먹지 않아도 짭조름하니 맛있었어요
양념소스는 유튜브 레시피 보고 따라 만들었는데
치킨집 차려도 양념치킨이 맛있다고 리뷰달릴것 같은 맛!
달달하면서 찐득한게 너무 좋더라구요
오늘도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다😋
