시리얼을 치킨에 입혔더니.. 바삭함이 미쳤다🍗시리얼통닭 먹방 Crispy Cereal Fried Chicken Mukbang ASMR

오늘은 조금 특별한 통닭을 만들어봤어요!🍗
바로 튀김옷 위에 바삭한 시리얼을
한 번 더 입혀서 튀겨낸 시리얼 통닭이에요!

처음에는 시리얼이랑 치킨이 과연 잘 어울릴까 싶었는데
한입 먹어보는 순간 생각보다 너무 잘 어울려서 깜짝 놀랐어요!!
입에 넣는 순간부터 바사삭! 하고 부서지는 소리가
정말 제대로 나는데 그냥 바삭한 정도가 아니라
짜릿할 정도로 바삭바삭해서 먹는 재미가 정말 좋더라구요😍

특히 겉에 붙어 있는 시리얼이 튀겨지면서
고소한 풍미가 더해져서 생각보다 훨씬 맛있었어요
시리얼이라고 해서 너무 달거나 치킨 맛을
방해하지 않을까 걱정했는데 전혀 그렇지 않았고
오히려 일반적인 튀김옷보다
담백하면서 고소한 맛이 더 살아나는 느낌이었어요!

렌치소스의 부드럽고 살짝 새콤하면서 고소한 맛이
바삭하게 튀겨진 시리얼 통닭이랑 정말 잘 어울렸는데요!
시리얼 튀김옷 자체가 담백한 편이라 소스를 듬뿍 찍어도
느끼하지 않고 오히려 풍미가 더 풍부해지는 느낌!!

일반적인 튀김옷보다 훨씬 거칠고 바삭한 식감이
살아 있어서 씹는 소리까지 너무 만족스러웠답니다
오늘도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다 😊
