Un'ondata di maltempo ha colpito la Lombardia, in particolare la Brianza, dove l'esondazione del Seveso ha causato allagamenti importanti. A Lentate sul Seveso una donna si è rifugiata sul tetto della sua auto con la figlioletta di 10 mesi, rimanendo bloccate.
A recuperarle sono stati i vigili del fuoco del Reparto Volo Lombardia, che hanno calato col verricello una culla trasportabile con cui hanno tratto in salvo la piccola, affidando lei e la madre alle cure del 118. Sempre a Lentate, altre tre persone sono state recuperate dal tetto di un’auto, mentre a Meda, sempre in Brianza, sono state recuperate due persone anziane rimaste bloccate sul tetto della propria abitazione. In supporto alle operazioni aeree anche un elicottero del Reparto Volo Emilia-Romagna.
