(LaPresse) «La linea testardamente unitaria che abbiamo portato avanti in questi anni porta i suoi frutti, viene premiata dagli elettori, per questo motivo noi andremo avanti convintamente in questa linea unitaria e siamo pronti da domani a consolidare il progetto per l'Italia insieme a tutte le forze della nostra coalizione progressista, perché appare molto chiaro che questa destra non solo non sia imbattibile, ma l'abbiamo battuta con risultati importanti anche ieri e siamo pronti a sfidarla per il 2027 in una partita che vede già adesso, dopo queste tredici regioni al voto, le coalizioni sostanzialmente in parità»: così la segretaria del Pd Elly Schlein, durante la conferenza stampa nella sede del partito, commenta i risultati delle elezioni regionali. «Siamo in partita, vogliamo vincere, siamo pronti ad andare al governo nel 2027 vincendo le politiche» aggiunge. Al momento delle foto di rito conclusive, la segretaria mostra quindi un braccialetto rosso con la scritta 'Testardamente unitari', regalatole, racconta, dai Giovani Democratici, la giovanile di partito che poche settimane fa a Napoli ha eletto la nuova segretaria nazionale. «Ora è il momento di lavorare per consolidare il progetto per l'Italia, non partiamo da zero fortunatamente» aggiunge, per poi rispondere a chi le chiedeva un commento sulle parole di Giuseppe Conte che ha annunciato i lavori sul programma del M5S. Parole "benvenute", dice Schlein che aggiunge: «Dobbiamo lavorare sulla costruzione del progetto per l'Italia e nutrire questo sforzo programmatico a partire dalle cose che già condividiamo e quello che ho detto anche prima delle elezioni è: facciamo questo lavoro, non chiusi le stanze, ma proviamo a farlo nel paese, con il paese, in un confronto in un dialogo aperto che coinvolga i cittadini, che coinvolga il terzo settore, la società civile, il mondo produttivo, il mondo sindacale».
