BANTUL, KOMPAS.TV-Sertu Sarijo merupakan prajurit TNI Angkatan Darat di Koramil Panggang, Kodim 0730 Gunungkidul Yogyakarta.Rutinitas menjual sate kronyos atau lemak sapi ini telah dijalani Sertu Sarijo sejak tahun 2017.
Dirinya sendiri ternyata yang memasak, memotong, hingga menaikkan ke sepeda motor.
Lokasi favoritnya berjualan ada di tepi jalan lintas selatan, harum aroma sate kronyos miliknya mengundang pembeli untuk menikmati sore sambil menikmati sate kronyos buatan Sarijo.
Sebagai informasi, setusuk sate kronyos dihargai 2 ribu rupiah, dalam sehari ia bisa menjual 300-400 tusuk sate, dan kata Sarijo pendapatan bersihnya sekitar Rp7 juta setiap bulannya.
