Pelaku disebut memasuki villa dan memborondong tembakan ke arah korban yang ada di kamar mandi.
Selain menewaskan ZR, penembakan ini juga mengakibatkan rekan korban yakni SG mengalami luka berat dan dirawat intensif di rumah sakit.
Diduga pelaku penembakan lebih dari satu orang.
