KOMPAS.TV - Wakil Menteri Dalam Negeri angkat bicara soal temuan penjualan sejumlah pulau di Kepulauan Anambas, Kepulauan Riau, di situs jual beli pulau.Peraturan Menteri ATR/BPN Nomor 17 Tahun 2016 juga menyebutkan, pulau-pulau kecil tidak bisa dikuasai atau dimiliki seluruhnya oleh perorangan ataupun badan hukum.
Berdasarkan peraturan menteri Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan, pemerintah punya kuasa sebesar 30 persen dari luas suatu pulau kecil.
Sementara 70 persen lainnya bisa dimanfaatkan pelaku usaha.
