Durch den Krieg in Iran ist der Ölpreis stark angestiegen und das Tanken erheblich teurer geworden. Um Autofahrer:innen zu entlasten, hat die Bundesregierung zum 1. Oktober die Energiesteuer auf Kraftstoff gesenkt. Durch diesen sogenannten Tankrabatt kostet ein Liter Benzin oder Diesel etwa 17 Cent weniger. Seit vier Wochen gibt es ihn nun. Allerdings verfehlt er in den Augen vieler Autofahrer:innen seine Wirkung.
