Tank Merkeva IDF dilaporkan meledak akibat ranjau yang dipasang oleh Brigade Al-Qassam.
Sejumlah pasukan IDF dilaporkan juga tewas dalam ledakan tersebut.
Awalnya, dalam sebuah video yang beredar di media sosial memperlihatkan seorang pejuang Palestina sedang menggali terowongan di Rafah, Palestina.
Video yang dibagikan melalui akun media sosial Telegram Perlawanan Palestina, tampak para pejuang menggali terowongan di bawah sebuah bangunan.
Diketahui ujung terowongan berada di tengah jalan.
Tepatnya Jalan Al-Bahar, yang merupakan jalur aktif kendaraan militer Israel di kawasan tersebut.
Dalam video, juga ditayangkan beberapa adegan sebuah ledakan besar.
Di mana sebuah lubang besar di tanah yang dilintasi tank Israel hancur.
Ranjau tersebut ditanam di bawah rutenya setelah beberapa hari pengawasan di Jalan Al-Bahar.
Tak hanya itu, Pasukan Pertahanan Israel (IDF) juga dilaporkan tewas.
