Una giovane modella brasiliana che stava viaggiando su un treno locale da Bergamo in direzione Milano, è stata aggredita da uno straniero salito alla stazione di Carnate che prima l'ha presa a male parole e poi è passato alle mani. Le immagini mostrano l'ultima parte dell'aggressione, dopo che la giovane aveva spruzzato contro il suo aggressore dello spray al peperoncino cercando di difendersi.
I commenti dei passeggeri che si sentono in sottofondo nel video rimproverano la giovane dicendo che non avrebbe dovuto usare lo spray nel vagone, mentre lei risponde che si è dovuta difendere dall'aggressione. Dopo queste parole, di nuovo lo straniero la assale e le immagini si interrompono.
La polizia di Monza ha identificato l'aggressore e lo ha portato al CPR di Torino in attesa del provvedimento di espulsione. L'uomo, infatti, già titolare di un permesso di soggiorno scaduto e non rinnovato, era già noto agli operatori per diversi reati di aggressione e danneggiamento.
