Bill Laimbeer Rains Five 3-pointers vs. Suns (1990)

January 26, 1990 - This is a man who knew his role and carried it out with aplomb. By 1990, Bill Laimbeer was no longer going to go out and get you 18 points and 13 rebounds every single night. But when the moment arose, Laimbeer wouldn't hesitate to step up and respond, as he did with his 31-point, 23-rebound performance against the Suns, snapping Phoenix's 10-game win streak in the process. Laimbeer, who hit 5-of-7 from deep in the win, shot .361 from deep on two 3-point attempts per night during the 1989-90 season.
