İsrail, Lübnan'ın güneyini işgal mi ediyor?
İsrail’in son zamanlarda Lübnan’a yönelik saldırılarında, köprüler dikkat çeken hedefler arasında yer alıyor.Ülkenin güneyinde Kasımiye, Zerariye, Hardali, Dellafe, Kakaiyya ve Arzay Burc Rahhal köprüleri, hava saldırılarıyla yerle bir edildi.
Ve böylelikle Lübnan’ın güneyindeki ulaşım hattı büyük ölçüde kesildi.
Bu köprülerin ortak özelliği, Litani Nehri üzerinde yer almaları.
İsrail Savunma Bakanı Yisrael Katz, bu nehir üzerindeki tüm geçiş noktalarının imha edildiğini açıkladı.
İsrail, bu köprülerin Hizbullah tarafından silah, mühimmat ve takviye sevkiyatı için kullanıldığını öne sürüyor.
Lübnanlı yetkililer ise bu saldırıları, güneyi ülkenin geri kalanından izole etmeye yönelik bir strateji olarak nitelendiriyor.
Lübnan Cumhurbaşkanı Joseph Avn, bunu, sivillere yönelik toplu cezalandırma ve işgal için bir ön hazırlık olarak tanımlıyor.
Birleşmiş Milletler Mülteciler Yüksek Komiserliği’ne göre şu ana kadar Lübnan nüfusunun yaklaşık beşte biri, yani 1 milyondan fazla insan evlerini terk etmek zorunda kaldı. Bunların 370 bini çocuk.
Köprülerin yıkılması ile hem yerinden edilen insanların geri dönüş yolları kapanıyor, hem de bölgede kalan yaklaşık 150 bin kişinin gıda, yakıt ve tıbbi malzeme gibi insani yardıma erişimi kısıtlanıyor.
