Підозра за «Династію»: що НАБУ і САП закидають ексочільнику ОПУ?
НАБУ і САП повідомили про підозру колишньому очільнику Офісу президента Андрію Єрмаку у справі житлового комплексу «Династія» під Києвом. За версією слідства, на будівництві елітних резиденцій у Козині було легалізовано близько 460 мільйонів гривень.За повідомленням антикорупційних органів, Андрій Єрмак був одним із учасників викритої організованої групи, погоджував дизайн та інтер’єри майбутнього будинку, а більша частина коштів на будівництво надходила через так звану «пральню Міндіча». Сам експосадовець звинувачення вважає безпідставними.
У матеріалі Радіо Свобода – деталі розслідування НАБУ і САП, оприлюднені переписки фігурантів справи, кадри із замороженого будівництва «Династії», а також деталі засідання Вищого антикорупційного суду, де Єрмаку нині обирають запобіжний захід. Його розгляд продовжать у середу, 13 травня. Суд заслуховуватиме позицію сторони захисту.
