ในระยะนี้หลายพื้นที่ทั่วไทย ต้องเฝ้าระวังฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมาก ติดตามได้ใน ฝนฟ้าอากาศ กับ คุณนภัสกรณ์ เสรีโรจนสิริ

ในระยะนี้ ประเทศไทยยังต้องเฝ้าระวังฝนตกหนัก เนื่องจากได้รับอิทธิพลจากพายุบาหวี่ ที่ก่อตัวอยู่บริเวณทะเลจีนใต้ เป็นสถานการณ์ฝนตกหนัก ลมกระโชกแรงในพื้นที่ประเทศไต้หวัน ซึ่งเป็นอิทธิพลของพายุบาหวี่ คนไทยในไต้หวันหลายคนออกมาเปิดเผยภาพขณะพายุบาหวี่เข้า มีฝนตกโหมกระหน่ำและมีลมกระโชกแรงที่พร้อมพัดพาทุกสิ่งไป เบื้องต้นรัฐบาลไต้หวันได้อพยพประชาชนออกจากพื้นที่เสี่ยงแล้ว กว่า 14,000 คน รวมถึงการยกเลิกเที่ยวบินทั้งภายใน และระหว่างประเทศแล้ว

อย่างไรก็ตาม คาดว่าพายุบาหวี่ จะเคลื่อนขึ้นฝั่งประเทศจีน ภายในวันที่ 12 กรกฎาคม โดยไม่เคลื่อนเข้าไทย แต่จะส่งผลกระทบให้ช่วงวันที่ 11-14 กรกฎาคม มีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมาก ในพื้นที่ ภาคใต้ฝั่งทะเลอันดามัน ด้านตะวันตกของภาคกลาง และภาคตะวันออก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่บริเวณจังหวัดระนอง พังงา จันทบุรี ตราด และกาญจนบุรี

ภาคเหนือ ฝนตก 60% ของพื้นที่ ตกหนักที่ แม่ฮ่องสอน เชียงใหม่ เชียงราย พะเยา น่าน และตาก

ภาคอีสาน ฝนตก 70% ของพื้นที่ ต้องระวังฝนตกหนักที่ หนองคาย บึงกาฬ สกลนคร นครพนม มุกดาหาร อำนาจเจริญ และอุบลราชธานี

ภาคกลาง ฝนตก 60% ของพื้นที่ ฝนตกหนักได้ที่ กาญจนบุรี

ภาคตะวันออก ฝนตก 60% ของพื้นที่ ฝนตกหนักที่ จันทบุรี และตราด ทะเลมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร

ภาคใต้ ฝนตก 30-40% ของพื้นที่ ส่วนมากที่ จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ชุมพร สุราษฎร์ธานี และนครศรีธรรมราช โดยจะมีฝนตกหนักที่ ระนอง และพังงา ทะเลฝั่งอ่าวไทยมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ฝั่งอันดามันทะเลมีคลื่นสูง 2-4 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 4 เมตร

กรุงเทพและปริมณฑล ฝนตก 40% ของพื้นที่ ระวังฝนกันด้วย
