(Agenzia Vista) “Il Pacchetto Automotive, ora sul tavolo, è qualcosa che il Parlamento europeo chiede da tempo: sappiamo che ciò di cui i nostri produttori hanno bisogno soprattutto è prevedibilità e il margine di manovra necessario per adattarsi e rimanere competitivi. Ho iniziato questo discorso con un piccolo aneddoto sui miei viaggi in auto attraverso la Germania, fatti apposta. So cosa significa l'industria automobilistica per questo Paese e per questo continente. Per troppo tempo, abbiamo quasi fatto sentire in colpa le persone che guidavano un'auto, o abbiamo reso impossibile la produzione di una versione più economica e compatta, o peggio, in alcuni casi abbiamo sovvenzionato concorrenti provenienti da Paesi terzi". Lo ha detto la Presidente dell'Eurocamera, Roberta Metsola, parlando alla Europe 2026 Conference a Berlino.
