LONDON, KOMPAS.TV - Perdana Menteri Inggris Keir Starmer mengatakan Inggris secara resmi mengakui negara Palestina meskipun mendapat tentangan keras dari AS dan Israel."Saya menyatakan dengan jelas sebagai Perdana Menteri negara besar ini bahwa Inggris secara resmi mengakui negara Palestina," ujar Keir Starmer dalam keterangannya di London pada Minggu (21/9/2025) waktu setempat.
Starmer mengatakan langkah tersebut merupakan bagian dari proses untuk mengakhiri konflik di Gaza dan membantu mendorong perdamaian abadi antara Israel dan Palestina.
