He has over 12 years of experience teaching at universities, where he has contributed to curriculum development, student mentorship, and departmental leadership.His academic and professional expertise spans tourism industry development, MSME business support with a focus on community-based tourism enterprises (CBTEs), and the design of innovative tourism products and experiences. Jules has also been actively engaged in conservation initiatives and tourism project management, reflecting his commitment to sustainable development practices. Beyond tourism, he has held leadership roles in disability organizations and tertiary education programs, demonstrating a broad capacity for organizational management and social impact.
