안녕하세요 애정입니다 😊오늘은 조금 색다르게 도전해본 메뉴!
수비드 스타일로 만든 통목살을 준비해봤어요!
사실 수비드라고 하면 전용 기계가 있어야 한다고 생각하시잖아요?
근데 저는 따로 장비 없이 전기밥솥 보온 기능을 활용해서
무려 24시간 동안 천천히 익혀봤습니다
시간이 오래 걸리는 만큼 얼마나 부드러워질지
기대가 정말 컸던 메뉴였어요!
겉은 에어프라이어로 15분 정도 마무리해서
살짝 바삭하게 색이 올라와 있는 느낌이라
비주얼부터 꽤 만족스러웠어요🔥
큰기대를 안고 고기를 쭉 찢어서 먹어봤는데
완전히 부서질 정도의 흐물한 식감은 아니었지만
굉장히 촉촉하고 부드럽게 결이 살아있는 식감이었어요!
씹을수록 육즙이 계속 올라오는데
수비드 특유의 촉촉함이 확실히 살아 있어서
일반적으로 구운 목살이랑은 확실히 다른 느낌이더라구요
특히 인상적이었던 건
24시간 동안 익혀서 그런지 고기 속까지 간이 정말 깊게 베어 있다는 점!
그리고 중간에 살짝 물릴 때쯤
고기를 쭉 찢어서 아삭한 생양파 위에 올려 먹으면
양파의 알싸함이 느끼함을 잡아주면서
고기의 고소함을 더 끌어올려줘서 조합이 정말 좋았어요
다만 개인적으로 기대했던 건
손으로 살짝 움켜지면 부서질 정도로 흐물흐물한 식감이었는데
그 정도까지는 아니고
적당히 부드러우면서 식감이 살아있는 스타일이라
오히려 씹는 재미가 있어서 더 좋게 느껴졌던 부분도 있었어요
더 구웠으면 으스러졌을거같기도 해요 !!
