Mereka menilai hasil penyelidikan sebelumnya tidak transparan, terkesan memihak melindungi Jokowi.
Dikutip dari Tribunnews, pernyataan itu disampaikan Wakil Ketua Tim Pembela Ulama dan Aktivis (TPUA), Rizal Fadillah, Jumat (30/5/2025).
Ia pun mempertanyakan makna ijazah yang dinyatakan otentik, meski sebelumnya disebut memiliki perbedaan.
"Identik dan non identik yang berubah menjadi otentik. Yang asli tidak boleh diubah menjadi palsu, demikian juga yang palsu jangan disebut asli," paparnya.
Bahkan Rizal mendesak agar Bareskrim menggelar perkara ulang secara khusus dan terbuka.
"Yang ditunggu adalah gelar perkara baru yang lebih terbuka dan jujur," imbuhnya.
Permintaan tersebut telah disampaikan ke Biro Pengawas Penyidikan Bareskrim Polri.
Diberitakan sebelumnya Kubu Roy Suryo dan timnya melontarkan kritik tajam terhadap hasil uji keaslian ijazah oleh usat Laboratorium Forensik (Puslabfor) Polri.
Di sisi lain, Bareskrim Polri menegaskan tidak ada cacat hukum dalam proses gelar perkara yang telah dilakukan.
Sementara itu, Direktur Tindak Pidana Umum (Dirtipidum), Brigjen Djuhandhani, memastikan seluruh prosedur dijalankan secara profesional.
