US Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Dan Caine claimed that the U.S. has struck more than 11,000 targets in 30 days in Iran while addressing a press conference. Hegseth warned Iran to make a deal with the U.S. on the terms specified by US President Donald Trump or face continued military intervention in Iran. General Caine claimed that Iranian naval capabilities have been destroyed and the U.S. remains focused on destroying the logistical capabilities of Iran's nuclear programme. Hegseth also claimed that he recently met US troops involved in the Iran war and added that there's an "urgency in US soldiers to finish the job."---
