你是否也曾相信：只要遇到對的人、找到關鍵機會，人生就能突然翻身？或者，只要自己足夠努力、足夠善良，世界早晚會給你應得的回報？我們每個人都需要一些故事，來理解自己為什麼走到這裡。然而，故事可以幫助我們理解世界，世界卻沒有義務按照我們的故事演下去。
這一集，我從六種常見的「人生原型」出發：等待外掛、渴望被看見、不爭而得、升級打怪、對抗體制，以及在沒有標準答案的世界裡尋找意義。
這六種原型不是人格測驗，也不是由低到高的成熟排行榜。你可能在工作上非常務實，到了關係裡，卻仍相信：「只要我對他夠好，他有一天就會懂。」而當我們愈焦慮、愈害怕失去，也愈容易躲進一套簡單的故事裡。
真正重要的，是分辨「有效的敘事」與「神話式的敘事」。
神話式敘事要求世界證明我相信得沒錯；有效敘事則讓我有力量出發，也願意根據現實的回饋調整方向。努力增加的是機會，不是保證；好的決定，也可能得到不好的結果。
故事可以陪你走路，但不要把它當成世界簽給你的合約。
