TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM - DPRD Kota Surakarta menggelar rapat paripurna soal pengunduran diri Wali Kota Solo Gibran Rakabuming Raka pada Rabu (17/7/2024).

Rapat tersebut diwarnai debat antara pimpinan rapat, Budi Prasetyo dengan Ketua Komisi 1 DPRD Solo sekaligus politikus PDIP, Suharsono.

Ia mengatakan DPRD hanya mengumumkan permohonan pengunduran diri Gibran Rakabuming Raka.

Dengan begitu DPRD tidak memiliki wewenang menyetujui atau tidak menyetujui pengunduran diri Wali Kota Solo.

Seusai tatib pasal 147, DPRD memiliki kewajiban melakukan pengusulan Wakil Wali Kota Solo.

Namun hal tersebut tidak seusai dengan draft keputusan yang telah dibacakan di awal rapat.

Menanggapi hal tersebut, pimpinan rapat mengatakan pihaknya hanya menawarkan draft SK terkait setuju atau tidaknya Wali Kota Solo mundur dari jabatan.

Lantas, Suharsono membalas mempersoalkan kata 'persetujuan'.

Pihaknya menyebut seharusnya kata itu diganti dengan meneruskan, lantaran DPRD tidak memberikan persetujuan atas mundurnya Wali Kota Solo.
