JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Menteri Keuangan (Menkeu) Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa membantah isu demand kredit lemah sehingga menimbulkan pertumbuhan kredit melemah.
Menurutnya, kebijakan dana pemerintah yang disimpan ke perbankan akan meningkatkan pertumbuhan kredit, seperti yang pernah dilakukan pada tahun 2021.
"Siapa bilang. Ada ekonomi bilang begitu kan, dia mesti belajar lagi ekonomi. Tahun 2021 semua sama kan, ketika itu kredit tumbuhnya lemah sekali. Semua orang bilang kredit kita tidak bisa tumbuh sebelum ekonomi membaik, saya inject uang ke sistem dengan cara tertentu, tapi saya inject uang ke sistem pada bulan Mei 2021. Cukup signifikan M0 tumbuh double digit, dalam waktu hamper bersamaan kredit juga tumbuh," ujar Purbaya ditemui di kompleks istana, Jakarta, pada Selasa (16/9/2025).
