If your rib cage and spine tilt during the shot, your bow shoulder will appear high even if the shoulder itself is already in the correct position.
In this video I’ll show you how to identify the real cause, how to diagnose it from behind, and how to correct it so your upper body stays strong and aligned throughout the shot.
Whether you’re shooting recurve, barebow, Olympic recurve, or even compound, understanding this relationship between your torso and shoulder can dramatically improve your form.
