Baru-baru ini, Direktur Penyidikan Jampidsus Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung), Abdul Qohar, menguak fakta baru.
Qohar menyebut bahwa ternyata tak hanya RON 92 (Pertamax) yang dioplos dengan RON 90 (Pertalite), melainkan RON 88 (Premium) juga dioplos dengan RON 92.
Adapun pengoplosan itu dilakukan di terminal PT Orbit Terminal Merak.
Perintah blending tersebut dilayangkan oleh Direktur Pemasaran Pusat dan Niaga PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Maya Kusumaya dan Vice President Trading Operation, Edward Cone.
Qohar lanjut menyebut bahwa tindakan bisnis seperti itu tak sesuai dan tentunya melanggar hukum yang berlaku.
Ia menyebut seharusnya Maya dan Edward melakukan pembayaran impor menggunakan term dalam jangka panjang.
Namun metode itu tak dilakukan mereka sehingga membuat impor minyak mentah dengan harga tinggi namun tak sesuai dengan kualitas.
