Roma si prepara a ospitare ottava edizione Pet Carpet Film Festival
ROMA (ITALPRESS) - Un tappeto rosso per gli amici di San Francesco d’Assisi, del quale il prossimo anno saranno celebrati gli 800 anni dalla morte. Roma si prepara ad ospitare l’ottava edizione del Pet Carpet Film Festival, la kermesse cinematografica internazionale dedicata al mondo animale, pet e wild, che vanta il patrocinio di Camera dei Deputati, Polizia di Stato, Arma dei Carabinieri, Croce Rossa Italiana, Anas (Gruppo Fs Italiane) e Fnovi. Dal 24 al 28 settembre 2025 il festival, ideato e diretto artisticamente dalla giornalista Federica Rinaudo e voluto dalla Presidente dell'Assemblea Capitolina Svetlana Celli, coinvolgerà gli studenti delle scuole, mentre il 27 e 28 settembre si terranno le finali alla Casa del Cinema. La figura del patrono degli animali si inserisce nel contesto ideale per mettere in luce la bellezza e l’importanza di ogni essere vivente. Per questo a condurre questa edizione speciale, insieme alla stessa Rinaudo, è stato chiamato Don Cosimo Schena, parroco della Chiesa di San Francesco d’Assisi a Brindisi, che è diventato il sacerdote più seguito d’Italia sui social per via dei suoi video motivazionali, anche contro l'abbandono, e per aver accolto nella sua chiesa animali bisognosi e maltrattati.
