Qualche giorno fa sulla facciata del Dipartimento di Giustizia americano a Washington, in Pennsylvania Avenue, il nostro ministero della Giustizia per capirci, è comparso un gigantesco striscione verticale con in mezzo il faccione di Donald Trump e sotto la scritta Make America safe again, rendi l'America di nuovo sicura. Era la faccia arrabbiata di Trump, perché quella era la foto che gli scattarono in Georgia quando venne arrestato nel '23 , foto segnalato e poi naturalmente liberato subito dietro cauzione per aver tentato di alterare i risultati elettorali della Georgia nelle elezioni del 2020 perse da lui. E quella foto è la stessa foto che lui molto astutamente prese poi per la sua campagna elettorale vincente nel 2024. Quella è la foto del Trump cattivo, la foto che piace al popolo maga. Quella foto è una firma sul Dipartimento di Giustizia. Molti l'hanno guardata con grande perplessità. C'è chi ci ha visto una scivolata verso l'idolatria del caro leader, una roba nordcoreana. C'è chi, come Anna Applebaum, ha rivisto la Mosca sovietica con le gigantografie di Lenin. C'era tutta roba non molto democratica. Va detto che il faccione di Tramp era già apparso sulle facciate di altri ministeri, quello dell'agricoltura, quello del lavoro.Ma sul Dipartimento di Giustizia ha davvero il senso di una firma?
