KOMPAS.TV - Menjelang bergulirnya turnamen ASEAN Cup U-19 atau Piala AFF yang digelar di Kota Surabaya pada tanggal 17 Juli 2024 mendatang, Pelatih Indra Sjafri memboyong seluruh pemainnya untuk menjalani pemusatan latihan di Surabaya.

Ada 28 pemain Garuda Muda yang dibawa Indra Sjafri untuk pemusatan latihan di Kota Surabaya.

Setibanya di Kota Surabaya, Arkhan Kaka dan kawan-kawan langsung menjalani latihan di Lapangan Thor Surabaya.

Indra Sjafri menyatakan pihaknya juga akan menyeleksi para pemainnya menjadi 23 pemain yang berlaga di Piala AFF U-19.

Dari seluruh pemain Skuad Garuda Muda, ada satu pemain naturalisasi asal Belanda, yakni Jens Raven yang juga turut mengikuti pemusatan latihan di Kota Surabaya.

Indra Sjafri menyebut Jens Raven telah beradaptasi dengan seluruh pemain Timnas dan kondisi fisiknya cukup baik.
