This class blends core work, hip-opening exercises, lower-body mobility, yoga-inspired movement, and sculpting segments for a balanced practice that challenges and stretches your body.
We’ll move through focused ab exercises, deep core activation, oblique work, hip openers, glute stretches, lower belly engagement, and mindful transitions to help build strength while releasing tightness in the hips.
