Oleh karena itu, saat ini masih dilakukan rekrutmen guru dan siswa pada 100 titik tambahan Sekolah Rakyat tersebut.
Adapun Sekolah Rakyat yang akan dibuka pada 14 Juli mendatang berjumlah 100 sekolah.
Hal itu disampaikan Menteri Sosial Saifullah Yusuf alias Gus Ipul usai membuka Retret Kepala Sekolah Rakyat Batch 2 di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kesejahteraan Sosial, Margaguna, Jakarta Selatan, hari ini, Rabu (2/7/2025).
Dirinya mengatakan Sekolah Rakyat tahap kedua bakal menampung 10 ribu siswa.
Pemerintah menargetkan 200 Sekolah Rakyat mulai beroperasi pada Juli ini.
