Дарио Амодеи глава Anthropic заявил, что индустрия искусственного интеллекта должна серьезно замедлить разработку из-за глобальных угроз. Глава OpenAI Сэм Альтман неожиданно поддержал своего главного конкурента, указав на необходимость жесткого регулирования темпов создания новых моделей. Илон Маск напомнил, что уже давно поднимает тревогу касательно искусственного суперинтеллекта. Отправив нас к своему твиту от 2023 года, где он заявил: “Я видел развитие множества технологий, но ни одна не несла такого уровня риска. По моему мнению, сверхинтеллект представляет значительно больший риск, чем ядерное оружие”.
И все это происходит буквально через несколько дней после шокирующей правды от Anthropic, что они не могут обеспечить в полной мере контроль за своими новыми моделями, и что новые ИИ вполне способны уничтожить всех людей с вероятностью более 10% до 31 декабря 2029 года.
